Happy New Year! I am honored to extend a warm greeting to each of you as you join or continue your journey with our dynamic community of higher education leaders and administrative professionals.

I am deeply honored to assume the role of Interim President/CEO during this pivotal time for the American Association of University Administrators (AAUA). Dean Hoke’s leadership has set a strong foundation, and I look forward to building on the significant strides the organization has made under his tenure. With our outstanding members and partnerships across the country, we will continue advancing our mission to develop and advance superior standards for the profession of higher education administration.

AAUA stands as the only professional association dedicated to supporting individuals across the full spectrum of higher education leadership, encompassing roles from department or program chairs to presidents across all types of institutions. Whether you represent a two-year college, a research-focused university, or a specialized mission institution, your leadership and dedication are invaluable to the fabric and future of higher education.
